Please provide only information needed to arrange your trip; do not include medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Our website and its service providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, cookies, access logs and form activity to operate the website, prevent spam and understand site usage. Payment providers process payment information when you choose to pay online; avoid sending card details through email or booking notes.
How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, arrange and provide transportation, communicate about bookings, process payments, maintain business records, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Booking details may be included in internal notifications to the owner to help manage reservations.

Information needed to perform these tasks may be processed by our website and form providers, payment processors, email and SMS providers, and personnel providing your transportation. These include WordPress.com and WPForms for the website and reservations, the payment provider selected at checkout, and Twilio for SMS delivery. We may also disclose information when required by law or to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent
The GateRide Owner Booking Alerts program is intended solely for internal reservation notifications to the owner who has expressly opted in. Submitting a customer booking does not enroll that customer in this SMS program. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Consent records are not transferred to other senders. Necessary processing by messaging providers to deliver the alerts is permitted.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect forms or payment features. External links, embedded tools and payment services may have their own privacy policies. Review those policies when using those services.
Retention, security and your requests
We retain information for the purposes described here, including booking administration, accounting, dispute resolution and legal requirements. We limit access to information according to business need. No website, email or SMS service can guarantee absolute security. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where necessary or legally required.
